Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently praise the exceptionally friendly and highly attentive staff members who consistently create a warmly welcoming atmosphere and ensure wonderfully pleasant visits. People also deeply appreciate the delicious meals provided, frequently highlighting the tasty pancakes, great coffee, and overall extremely satisfying breakfast experiences.
However, some customers also noted significant issues regarding inconsistent food quality, such as undercooked items or entire meals arriving completely cold. Reviewers additionally reported experiencing frustratingly slow service, inattentive waiters, or missing essential condiments and order components during their frequent restaurant visits.
I visit the Grantsville IHOP at least once a week. I find the service excellent and the restaurant is kept very clean. I try to hit the place on Thursdays when my favorite waitress Tracy is working. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I've noticed her with other customers and she's always smiling and bubbly with them as well. The food is excellent. I've tried just about everything on the menu. Great food and staff! So if you're in the Grantsville area...hit up the very best waitress Tracy and order the sirloin tips. You won't be sorry!!
If I could give them less than 1, I would. Ordered 2 of there value breakfast faves combo for $6.00 each. Ordered a orange juice for my little son and whipped cream on his pancakes. Bill was $18.64 because the watered down O.J. was $5.00 and the whip cream was $1.00. What a scam. Will never go again. Oh, did I say everything was greasy and cold. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
Heavenly pancakes, never had anything as good as the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. If there was an IHOP in the Uk, I would never leave. Multiple restaurants offering pancakes but IHOP are the best. Can’t wait to return to America because this is the first place I will visit.
Last week it was Perkins for pancakes and omelet meal..Today same thing only at IHOP Very happy with IHOP meal It was TWICE the size and tasted better..I am now officially a IHOP fan. Sorry Perkins 😞,

It was perfectly cooked. And service by Crystal was the best! Always came by and asked if we needed anything else! The atmosphere was great! Thank you I Hop!
Undercooked food, dirty silverware and table, asked for no onions got more onions than anything else. Got told the cook was in a mood, other tables not cleaned, trash overflowing. Manager refused to see us.
Avoiding strongly advised.
i usually enjoy the ihop food. service was good but I was shocked to see that you (ihop) have the audacity to charge $3.69 for a cup of hot water with a tea bag. Greed is king!!
Our server was fantastic, and really made our lunch successful and fun. She was the only server there, and was running all over the place, but she was cheerful and helpful and we really appreciated it!! We were going to Las Vegas from so cal, and had just stopped for a bite, and it was really a nice break from the drive. The food was pretty good, bu mostly we thought the waitress was sensational. Her name was Jessica. We were way out in the middle of nowhere, and were so surprised!!
