I had to pay a mistake the seller made for no reason but the rest was pretty good only that I couldn’t use Apple Pay to pay the items

### ★★☆☆☆ Great Concept, But Not Durable Enough
- Elizabeth LeMay · 2024-11-25 · 已验证

My kitten is totally obsessed with this toy! Normally, she gets bored with toys super fast, but this one is so fun that she can't stop playing with it. However, I was disappointed by its durability. After just a few days of play, it started to show signs of wear, and some parts came loose. While she loves it, I wish it could hold up better to her enthusiasm. It’s a shame, as the design is really engaging!

> 商家回复 (2024-11-29): Dear Elizabeth LeMay,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the toy. I’m thrilled to hear that your kitten is so obsessed with it and enjoys playing with it! However, I’m sorry to learn that you’ve encountered durability issues after just a few days of use. It’s disappointing when a product doesn’t hold up, especially when it brings so much joy to your pet.

We appreciate your insights regarding the design and durability, as they are crucial for us to improve our offerings. ### ★★★☆☆ Instant Hits, But Then the Boredom Sets In
- Candice Lewis · 2024-11-07 · 已验证

These toys were a big hit with my cats right away, but then they lost interest pretty quickly. I like to rotate some of their toys so that when we come back from a bike ride, they’re still excited to play!
