I ordered Jordan4 retro red Thunder shoes and I got fakes they don't even match the picture that they're putting up on the website. So be careful do not order from them they sell fake shoes and the wrong size.

I ordered December 26 and have yet to hear anything about my order, my daughter worked hard for her money too order these shoes and for them to scam my baby out of her money im furious, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!! **UPDATE** This was my previous review which I believe got me the response and my daughter shoes did arrive a few days later still haven’t spoke to anyone about the miscommunication but my daughter DID get her shoes… Thank you!
Fake Jordan's
I ordered a pair of nike air jordan white thunders' & what i received was DEFINITELY FAKE!!! The glue smell was so over powering it was more than obvious!!!

Scam site, uses a fake return address to an uninvolved but real business. If/when they ship everything is a knockoff poorly made fake.
Scam website and company
Ordered a pair of Yeezy slides for my son for Christmas at the beginning of December and they are still not here. Now their website appears to be defunct. Learned my lesson b/c although the website appeared to be legit, the address in Denver is for a postal service store and these are actually coming from China. The person "Lisa" I emailed keeps saying they are delayed and in transit. The tracking number shows they are in my state at least but I fear these will not be the authentic shoes I thought I was ordering. And now with no website or way to return them- despite having a return polic listed on their website last month, I will be disputing with my credit card company and hopefully getting my money back.

Scam site that promises delivery that never materializes. Looks like it's in Colorado but it's really being run out of China. When you inquire about an order, they demand patience and blame logistics. I'm sure I'll never get what I ordered, which I why I reported the transaction to my bank

Same experience as everyone else. This company is a scam. I ordered sneakers for my son around 12/10/24. Just received them today, 1/4, and they have some bogus writing on them. Since when to Jordans have letters on them? I was concerned when I didn’t receive a confirmation email. When I called the number listed it went directly to VM and it was full. When I looked up the address on Google maps, it was some sort of train station. There’s a Denver address on the website. The package I received today had a return address of Michael Chen, 3710 River Road Ste 300, Franklin Park, IL 60131. Who knows if that’s even legit info. I doubt it. Last week I called my bank and told them I was scammed and they credited my money back.

I would have given this company-5 Stars if it allowed me to. I got a USPS tracking number which was no good. It said my package was at my local USPS office but my address was undeliverable. BS I get mail & packages daily. It said I had to pay $.18 yes 18 cents to deliver. I tried 3 cards to pay they said not accepted. SCAMMERS!!!! Taking people's hard earned money at Christmas time.

I did actually receive the item that I purchased, however the shoes were too small. Now I cannot get in touch with anyone for a refund or exchange. Phone number has a full mailbox, emails at their contact listed go unanswered. Was hoping to exchange, but looks like I have learned an expensive lesson.
Finally got my order!
I am reposting my review on this company! I had placed an order for some slides for my son for Christmas on December 8th, I did not receive them in time unfortunately. Obviously I was very disappointed, as was my son because they were one of the main items he had asked for. That being said, they arrived today, December 31st! Honestly, I was thankful they arrived, because I didn’t think I would get them at all…..especially after I had read some other people’s reviews and experiences with InCotton. My hope is that this company will try to do better with communication on arrival times, a phone number that won’t tell you that the mail box is full, and a better tracking system…..as I was unable to track the package! I honestly initially felt I had been ripped off, thought I had been scammed by a bogus company. I’m truly thankful I wasn’t scammed, and that my son’s slides arrived…..but I hope the company can/will improve on a few things so that folks can feel confident to continue to purchase from them!
