We just tried calling you and you immediately hung up and blocked us. We then sent you an email with no response. Please contact us so we can verify your negative claims.

Hello Robert, I see you placed your order on 2/26. We received, the order Friday 2/27. We were able to process your order the next business day Monday 3/2 as we are not open on weekends. We shipped the product only 2 business days after your order was placed. On 3/4 UPS had an issue with the address you provided or a possible sortation issue per the tracking number we emailed you and it was shipped back to us. We then re shipped the package after correcting the address or possible sortation issue UPS had. I apologize for the delay but this issue is directly related to issues with UPS and not something on our side.
