2026-06-20Lindsey, thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review and for sharing both what you are “enjoying so far” and what you feel could be stronger. We genuinely appreciate that, especially because you still called this “a pretty powerful event,” said there are “great presenters and experts,” and shared that “a lot of value can be taken from even the stories that are shared.” We also appreciate you saying that “for the price, it’s pretty worthwhile.”
You are right that some of the first sessions can feel “very foundational / basic marketing” if someone is coming in with more experience. What we have found over the years is that many people try to build on a shaky foundation, and the things that sound familiar at first often become the very things that unlock stronger implementation later. That is why we reinforce funnels, lifecycles, ICP / Persona, AI technology, and core marketing concepts so people are not just learning tactics, but building on the right structure underneath them.
You also mentioned the “Bonus” sessions and the time commitment involved if someone wants to get “your full value’s worth.” That is fair, and it is by design. We continuously add value, and many students find there are resources, bonuses, and materials already available to them that they have not fully explored yet.
We appreciate your understanding that we are “very strict on the Facebook group” in order to “keep the quality of the group clean.” Protecting the quality of the group matters to us. We know some people want to connect more freely on LinkedIn or promote themselves more directly, but we have found that keeping the space clean, focused, and safe creates a better environment for real learning and real relationships. And we agree with you that “learning with a strong community is everything.”
On the point about “upsells in the material,” we do want to clarify something for you and for anyone reading this. Once you purchase a course, there are no upsells inside that course for the course itself. You have lifetime access to what you bought, lifetime access to the replays, and as we continue updating the training to keep pace with the newest technology, students receive access to future advancements as well. What you may be seeing are invitations to invest in other trainings, other courses, or mentorship opportunities. Those are separate opportunities, not upsells tied to your original purchase.
You also mentioned that the Facebook group is “not very user-friendly or organized” and that “a wiki section” or more pinned guidance could make it “a lot more useful for day-to-day use.” That is thoughtful feedback, and we appreciate it. At the same time, we do find that Facebook is still the easiest and most familiar platform for most people to access quickly, and we intentionally use it as a place for community, support, and connection.
On your note that “they do not provide a summary of the event after attendance” and that if you are trying to keep “clean notes,” you are “kind of on your own,” we want to offer some clarity there too. We do not provide transcripts or done-for-you summaries as a standard handout because part of what we teach is ownership, implementation, and the ability to apply what you are learning. You do, however, have lifetime access to the replays and resources throughout the program designed to help you move your business forward.
Thank you again, Lindsey, for such a candid and thoughtful review. We sincerely appreciate your recognition of the “great presenters and experts,” the “strong community,” and the fact that this is “a pretty powerful event.” Your feedback is valuable, and we are grateful you took the time to share it.
