It is now July and I have yet to receive the product. They provided a tracking which gave updates until July 19, 2026. Then no other updates were sent. I reached out to them and they said they were sending another, however nothing was received. Be careful when the co don't offer a phone number. I wish I had read these review prior to ordering, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. ### ★★★★☆ I like the shirt and material but won't… - Betty Gomez · 2026-06-24 I like the shirt and material but won't order again didn't know it was not in US took forever to get. ### ★★★☆☆ They run small long time shipping - Tammy Maynor · 2026-06-12 They run small long time shipping ### ★★★★☆ The wait time to receive this product… - Keith Ashby · 2026-06-02 The wait time to receive this product is really too long. If I knew up front how long it would take, I probably wouldn’t have ordered them. However the product is very good. ### ★★★★★ Their nice scissors. - Jana Burgess · 2026-05-21 ### ★☆☆☆☆ Don't Fall For This Scam!!! - Cape Coddess · 2026-03-09 Add me to this list. Package took 10 days to get from one part of Ireland to another. When I received the package, only one of the two products I purchased was included. The company's response is that the product has been delivered. No response about the missing item. I'll just dispute the charge with my credit card. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Scam do not buy - Bonnie Barnett · 2026-03-05 Scam. We’re supposed to buy two items for skin care and I received two of the same and they’re not the real item. They’re not authentic do not buy tried to contact them and then I realized what an idiot I was. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Horrible service - ROBIN APANOVITCH · 2026-02-28 Horrible service. Never received the package and nothing but stalling and back talk when confronted. Still not resolved 2 months later. Do not purchase!!!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Took my money - Gigi · 2026-02-25 Took my money. Tracking showed from Italy then stopped in Louisville. I contact them and they give me a different tracking number from China. Do not purchase from them they say item was delivered, never got the item. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I wish I had checked here before… - Carolyn Mellonakos · 2026-02-24 I wish I had checked here before ordering from this scam company. I ordered a duo set of creams and they only sent one. They would not send the other. Apparently they have done the exact same thing to others. No wonder they have a one star rating! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Initiatean.com - Jaucelyn Egnor · 2026-02-13 Worst company I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is a joke. They do not value their customers at all. I ordered two items from this company and only received one. I emailed to see if they could just send me the other item. I even offered to pay the shipping. They've given me the run around for three days saying they could refund me two dollars. Never offered to send me the other item or the full amount for the second item. I've never had a company not want to correct an issue when it was their error. They are a scam company that will do nothing to help the customer. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/initiatean.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/initiatean.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
