I'm very sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your order.

I am surprised to read this review, as I haven't received any emails, calls or messages from you or your assistant to let me know there was a problem, and I'd always encourage you to contact me directly first so I have an opportunity to help.

From my side, the only concern raised with your assistant during production was the quality of the artwork files provided which was very low, the images were very low reoslution (blurry). I requested higher-resolution versions, but was advised that you had none, so I worked with the files supplied and did my best to improve the quality before production. As these were your original designs, I couldn't completely redraw or recreate the artwork without altering it. I could only work with what was provided and do my best with it. 

If the issue relates to image quality, I'd be more than happy to re-make these with higher-resolution artwork if you have it, as this would allow for a much sharper final result.

You only received the order a few days ago, and I'm very sorry to hear you're unhappy - that is the last thing I want. Please feel free to contact me directly so I can better understand your concerns and see whether there's anything I can do to help.

Also Kat - just adding to this, I have never made you samples - the order you got with your 36 tattoos is the only order I have ever made for you, so I am not sure what you mean in that respect. I've emailed you directly, I would be grateful to have the opportunity to understand more about what has happened.

我订了很多！！！！网上的东西和进口费用确实会发生，但他们自己不处理文书工作并将其分给 UPS。这使得费用要高得多。 

我试图与他们讨论这个问题，基本上态度不是我们的问题，我们以细则告诉 ypu 可能会收取费用。 

产品本身还可以，没什么特别的，有点像素化，但已经足够了。
