### ★☆☆☆☆ Poor product and poor service
- Philip Birchall · 2021-12-19

Bought a bug zapper which worked perfectly for 3-4 months then refused to power up. Wrote a nice email requesting a replacement with all evidence of Amazon purchase. No response so went back to their website and tried to access the exchanges and refunds page. It’s asking me to login therefore I need an Innootech account setting up first to do so. Why would I want an account just to ask for an exchange. So yes poor product and poor service. I would never give them my business again.

### ★★★★★ Excellent service
- Pam Norman · 2020-09-25

I purchased a batteryless, wireless, 2 receiver doorbell from innoo in august 2019.

Last week it stopped working. After a few emails to innoo, which were answered very promptly, as they had no replacements in stock, I was offered a refund. This is in my bank today, within a week of my first contacting them.

The service I received is very commendable. I know a lot of people have problems with faulty goods ordered on line and have a lot of hassle trying to get a positive solution, but this is a glowing example of how genuine complaints should be handled.
