Just like the review(s) below I bought x2 Thermal Cameras and was sent 2 Mini Life Cameras, they are NOT thermal, they are cheap rubbish. This person or 'company' should be brought to shame ! I have informed the Police of this and also the UK International Trading Standards. Both are investigating. The person who replies just sends CRAP like this below and certainly doesn't follow through (despite me wanting either a FULL refund or my money back !) ''We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you—and we want to assure you that we’ve done our utmost to find a fair resolution. Our team has confirmed the product delivered to you matches your original order exactly (no incorrect items were shipped). I’ve also advocated strongly on your behalf to secure the maximum compensation available from our company. This is the highest amount we can offer to make up for the trouble you’ve experienced. We hope you’ll consider this compensation proposal, as it reflects our genuine desire to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Would you be open to accepting this offer? Yours Sincerely, Customer Service Team'' ABSOLUTE BS ! Despite me telling them time and time again I want FULLY refunded or my items they just send the same crap ! I plead everyone to give the 1 star review and also to report them to the Police and UK Trading Standards for overseas search online for UK International Consumer Centre and the site should come up as I can't put a link here.....together we'll win against these scummy thieving tw@ts ! ** SCAM ALERT ! ** ** SCAM ALERT ! ** ** SCAM ALERT ! ** ** SCAM ALERT ! ** ** SCAM ALERT ! ** ** SCAM ALERT ! ** ### ★☆☆☆☆ WARNING: company misselling items and sending out cheap rubbish at inflated costs. - Tony Clarke · 2026-02-17 Fraudulent company advertising products that are not sent.
