Tony, we appreciate you taking the time to bring your experience to our attention. Since you have been our customer since 2014, we are taking this feedback seriously. I have addressed your concerns with the director of our contract Renewal Department. Upon further review, it seems as though the rep was simply stating the facts of where the energy market is headed in the future. I am having our customer service team reach out personally to address any further concerns. We value your business and look forward to continuing to serve your energy needs in the future.
The emails you have received are confirmation of service emails. This ensures that all the information we have on file is accurate per our terms of service. Should you have any further questions or concerns please contact our customer care department at [email protected].
We appreciate your business and we look forward to continuing to serve your energy needs in the future.
We apologize for any confusion you may have experienced with a service provider. Should you have any further issues or questions about the contracted provider on your account please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]. We look forward to serving you in the future.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We had previously unbooked the agreement with the supplier at your request. The supplier sent the contract in error. Please disregard the communication. We will discuss your feedback with the sales representative so that going forward you have no reservations about our dedication to providing top notch customer service. Should you have any further questions please email us at [email protected]. We look forward to continuing our working relationship.
