Lose one star for what you read here below. Lose another star per my update, below. They sell remote sensors for the 3000LM, but it comes with NO instructions on how to pair it to your light. I wrote to customer service at Intelamp and they asked for my order number. Huh? I just want to pair the lamp and the sensor. I have had this thing sitting here staring at me for three days not working. They advertise these lamps and sensors as being link able. If it can be paired, why would they not include the instructions with the sensor, or in the main lamp instruction manual, or even on the website FAQ. And then when you ask for help they give you a lame answer asking for your order number. so now you want to wait another two days? In fact, that is why websites have FAQ's. It is the best way to add information that is missing. Why would they send you a new sensor, with NO INSTRUCTIONS? Did they send me someone else's return? So you lose one star . ====================================================================================== Update: Read their reply below, specifically, they say "Simply slide the POWER switch to ON on the back of the sensor." Hence, my Edit, my answer to that... EDIT: There is NO slide switch on the back of the sensor. That's another well deserved lost star. That's Twice, you didn't get it right. Once turned on, it will automatically transmit a signal and trigger any and all 3000LM lights within a 100-foot (30-meter) radius without any manual pairing steps required.
