First of all, it took over a month to get the product. When I opened the package, I knew right away that I was scammed. It didn't even look like what I ordered, and the "strings" had different diameters. I ordered a 6 string replacement head, but what they sent was a 4 string head with no capability to hold the strings in the head. After about 6 or 7 emails they offered me $4 store credit.
