Unfortunately, we are unable to identify your account from this review.

Regarding the issues described, the USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If they are not completed, you will still be able to use the address for your business without the mail function. That is why your account was charged, whether or not you file the Form 1583. Many customers use our addresses this way. Also note, you should receive notification from iPostal1 when you're approved to receive mail. 

Our Customer Service team is highly professional and always tries to help. We work closely with our mail center partners, and we want to investigate your situation to understand what happened. Please provide your information so our team can follow up with you.

Regarding the issues described, we take customer privacy very seriously. All locations are approved by the USPS as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA). Your mail is securely stored until you request that it be forwarded, shredded, discarded, or picked up. Our service standards call for tasks being completed by the end of the day if submitted by 1:00 PM, or otherwise within 24 hours. We work closely with our mail center partners to ensure that our standards of service and quality are maintained, and If we find that these standards are not being upheld, we will intervene.

We require a valid credit card to process tasks. You should receive notification if there is an issue with the payment method on file. Be sure to check your spam folder and save iPostal1 in your contacts to ensure emails go to your inbox.

We have 4250+ locations worldwide and while locations do close occasionally, it's an uncommon occurrence. We do require notice, when possible, of closures so that arrangements can be made regarding mail forwarding and any other changes. When this happens, we do our best to make the transition as smooth as possible.

We understand that being out of the country makes handling address updates and USPS requirements difficult when a location changes. Usually the Temporary Change of Address can be completed online so that all your first-class mail from all senders will be forwarded to your iPostal1 address. Otherwise, only the senders you inform, whether business or personal, will know to send mail to your iPostal1 address.
