When I contacted Power Queen to turn in a warranty request for a non-functioning battery, I was told that I need to provide a receipt. That battery was purchased direct from their EBay site, but I no longer have an EBay account. However, I registered this battery with Power Queen as soon as I received it, so Power Queen SHOULD have proof of my warranty on file. I even gave them the battery serial number. But I was told they could not provide this information, and thus would not honor my warranty. This is absurd. Why did I bother registering the battery if Power Queen does not even keep the information on file?? The 20 amp solar charge controller never shipped and then I got a message it was lost in shipping. I did receive a refund but the whole reason I ordered the LiPo battery was because a solar charger for it was available for it. Now I'll have to figure out how to acquire a compatible charge controller in a different transaction.
