Great products and service
Great smart batteries which you can easily integrate within Home Assistant. Shipment is fast with good packaging. Also great service as the price of my recent order did drop with Black Friday and they where kind enough to compensate the difference. Otherwise i needed to send it back and order a new one. Thanks!

Packaging
Many YouTubers advertise the power queen and when they open the boxes inside them beyond the battery they find a beautiful transparent plastic case with the manuals plus a series of stickers inside, they also find the M6/M8 screws for mounting the cables. Unfortunately I only found two manuals thrown in the box and they weren't even in Italian...

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the incomplete contents and the inconvenience caused. Currently, our packages include manuals only in German and English. We are working on improvements, including future QR codes for accessing multi-language versions.
