She was a friendly representative and kept trying to help. I was pleased with my first order so I went back and got another top. All of my items were sized 3X but the last top I ordered was sized very differently; too small. When I reached out for an exchange I was told I would need to pay the shipping to send the item back for a full refund (shipping would be more than the shirt is worth), or only accept half of the price of the item as my refund. They argued with me back and forth via 15 emails. Within a week of ordering my items were delivered. The shirts themselves are good quality, soft fabric. Designs are very well printed on the shirts. I would suggest sizing up just to be safe. I bought 3 t shirts and 1 jumper for my wife, and the styles of them are fun and design is practical. The quality of the tops were better than I expected. When I emailed them about timescales they were helpful. In terms of why not 5 stars: there is very little tracking information or timelines involved, I briefly worried it was a scam. These are coming from China so seems like it can vary a lot (we were lucky and it did arrive maybe 3 weeks after ordering). I’m certain they never sent my order bc they’d send screenshots of a tracking order with dates and locations that didn’t make sense. This went on for a few months. Long enough for them to claim they cannot give a refund since it’s outside of their three month refund policy. Never got my order or refund (close to $100). Edit after their (once again dishonest) reply: TWENTY-THREE emails. Twenty-three. Starting within five weeks of no delivery and several within the following weeks. Who knows where they got those dates from in their reply bc I put a random date of experience as i wasn’t able to select a date out so far as when I actually ordered. No way I’ll trust them with my bank information after the months (over a year) of lies, shoddy screenshots of tracking, and seeing reviews of others experiences with this company. I wish we could post photos to show the weird tracking screenshots they sent a few times. Instead, I’m petty enough to have updated my profile photo to show the amount of correspondence between this company only bc they lied and said we never emailed. > 商家回复 (2025-01-14): Dear Customer.
