Hi Javad, thank you for the review. We appreciate your feedback and your support. Our standard lead time for MJF is 5 business days, it looks like you choose economy lead time instead of the standard. That's why it took longer for your order to ship.

Hi Garrett, I have replied to your Google review as well :) Please see my email to you on January 8, 2024, regarding your issue. Hi Garrett, I’m deeply sorry for delay with your order. I was taking at look at your order and it looks like we ran into a couple quality control issues. We would rather ship an order late than ship out product that a customer cannot use, I know it’s frustrating but it’s better than getting bad parts on-time or early. We are unable to process a credit on this order for the economy lead-time rate but happy to provide a discount on your next order.
