I am happy with some of the things I bought, but two of the rings I paid quite a bit for are gold-plated, and within one week of wear, the gold plating was wearing off. I could have bought $2 rings from Shein for this quality, but I spent waaaay more than that. I wrote to customer service to tell them about this and I sent pictures of the rings where the silver was clearly showing through. They claimed they couldn't see the wearing. When they arrived, they were so teeny tiny I could barely handle them, let alone put them in my ears. I am a petite woman but these were sized for a very young child. They will not refund on the grounds of hygiene and I am left out of pocket for something that just wasn't worth the time, money and effort. I may as well have thrown the money straight in the bin, as that is all I can do with these earrings.
