Please, please know that this company (AKA Jessie's Wig) is NOT LEGIT. They are also NOT located in the US but in China. Everything about this company is deceptive. Do not be fooled. After placing my order and not hearing back, I had a feeling that something was very wrong. After doing my research, I read all the complaints on BBB. As such, I requested that my order be canceled. Instead of listening to me, they shipped it anyways. I am currently working with my financial institution and others to ensure that I am able to return for a refund. They are trying to make me keep the unopened package. Luckily, I kept screenshots and documented everything. I also took picutres of the unopened package and will require proof of delivery because they have a reputation for pretending not to receive items back. Then they just steal your money. Totally illegal. So pay attention if you see" Jessie Select "you're not shopping with Jessie wigs. This company is a joke, their wigs are cheap and not good quality . Upon wanting to return the wigs still in packages and in perfect shape, the company is not longer responding and even I escalate this with PayPal they are still not refunding me. The wigs I sent back are in perfect condition. Not even touched them. Joke company. Do not trust them ### ★☆☆☆☆ So incredibly unprofessional … - Jeanie gontier · 2025-06-13 Will not be ordering from this company again. The wigs are decent quality, I’ve purchased two from them. Although one was advertised as 100% human hair, but strands of it melted when being curled. My issue is with how unprofessional they are. Their website states that they have a “no reason needed” return policy as long as it’s within a certain time window, is unworn, and in the original packaging. I meet those requirements yet I have been going back and forth with them for over a month trying to return a wig. They even went as far as saying they would be fired if I returned my wig because it was “too much money”. They hassled me into accepting a replacement wig with a partial refund for the original. Still waiting on both. Absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE: they asked me three times to remove my previous reviews. Arguing that a return isn’t always the best option. It is when the customer meets all of their listed requirements and WANTS to do a return? I STILL have not received a partial refund despite them receiving the original wig almost two weeks ago. Do not order from this company unless you’re willing to spend months going and back and forth with them if you’re dissatisfied. ### ★★★☆☆ Size runs VERY large - Lisa · 2025-03-17 This was my first time ordering from Jessie’s wig. One thing odd about their website is you cannot choose a size. Instead, you have to put a note for the size. I always wear a size small and they contacted me and said that was considered a custom order so I had to pay a little extra and it would take a few days longer. It did take much longer to get the wig and other companies I order from. I ordered the wig February 19 and received it March 11th. The knots were not bleached so I had to do that myself. The worst part is the wig is at least 1 1/2 inches too big. I put the adjustable clips on the smallest settings and the wig still will not lay flat on the front of my head because it is just too big. The hair is very nice although the wig is very thick. I prefer less density, but the color is beautiful and the hair seems very nice once I curl it. When I washed it, it was a very curly wig and dries frizzy, but once I curled it it smoothed right out. I’m just disappointed that the wig is so big. They were very quick to respond to my emails. Due to the size being so off, I don’t think I would order from this company again. I will stick with my usual wig company instead. For the price it’s a nice wig, but not very helpful if you can’t wear it because it’s too big. ### ★★★☆☆ Not a scam - Mee · 2025-01-22 My order was taken longer than normal so I contacted customer service. They were helpful and made sure that my order came in, however it was delayed! I don’t know if it was their fault or the mailing services that they used but once I received the hair, It lasted for about a year. This one had bangs-not what I ordered. I emailed them regarding the error with pictures as proof. They acknowledged the mistake and apologized. Then they said “This one is cute too. Would you like to keep?” I told them NO and that I want the wig I ordered to be sent to me. They sent me an address (looked suspicious to me) in Chicago for me to return wig. I told them that I am not paying for shipping fees-this is their mistake. They said “Don’t worry dear we will send you label tomorrow.” It’s been days since our last communication. Nothing received, no updates etc. I sent them an email today stating I want a full REFUND at this point! This company is slow to respond when and if they do. This issue should have been resolved immediately! It’s been 2wks from the time I ordered! Their business practices based on my experience is Fraudulent! DO NOT BUY FROM Jessie Selection!! SCAM!!! I want ALL my money back asap!
