JetVal gives services to many unsuspecting and ignorant owners who are UNAWARE of the TRUE VALUES of their properties, and valuations from JETVAL are ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH !!!!! Past CAVEAT TRANSACTIONS give only the prices at which Owners were swindle to sell at LOW PRICES and DO NOT REFLECT THE TRUE REAL VALUES OF THEIR PROPERTIES OR LAND VALUES.
Jetval is a TERRIBLE VALUER !!! they give Valuations which are Obsolete and are based ONLY on Past Caveat Transactions, which Reflect Past Transacted Prices; which also do not Reflect the TRUE REAL VALUES of your Properties.... Past Caveat Transactions may only show How Much the Past Owners were SWINDLED to Sell at Lower than TRUE VALUES of their Properties. The System of Valuations in Singapore MUST HAVE A BENCHMARK VALUE from which the TRUE REAL VALUE of Properties are Derived from.... Owners cannot TRUST VALUERS who value their FREEHOLD or 999yr Properties same price as 99yr Leasehold Values... this is VERY UNSCRUPULOUS !!!!! : (
once i did a valuation on the same property beforehand and i do a revaluation a few months later, the valuation amount will usually still be the same even there are some higher transactions being done in the market.
Was referred to JetVal and was pleasantly pleased with their quick and accurate valuation.
It's really very helpful, client can also have a better idea of the indicative at the earliest. System for submission is also very simple.
Estimated valuation is lower then market.. Need to wait for 30mins or 1 or 2days in the weekends.. Otherwise it is good to have camparison valuations other then srx. Thk u.
