Hello Greg, Loans for used boats can sometimes process more slowly than we would like and we regret that. We take your comments seriously and investigated our handling of the application. When you are considering several vessels and when the potential loan requires our use of a banking partner for underwriting, there can be errors and/or constraints on our response times. We did find however that our loan officer worked with you during off-hours on multiple occasions to bridge any delays. Thank you sincerely for your feedback.

Hi Ronnie, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry that our funding process didn't meet your expectations. Our funding process can experience delays in certain instances, and this was the case with your recent purchase. For example, to ensure your protection, some additional measures are taken when the seller is a private party. However, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact our Loan expert, Ryan, who can explain in greater detail if you would like to reach back to him at your convenience. We are very pleased to have financed three vehicles for you Ronnie, and appreciate your well-considered feedback!
