I experienced a dispute involving a balance of approximately $1,300, which I believe disappeared after my game froze and I refreshed the page. When I contacted customer support, I repeatedly asked for my game history, transaction history, the specific rule they relied on, and their licensing information.

Instead of providing the information I requested, I was repeatedly told that my bonus had been "cleared" and was offered replacement bonuses on other sites. My questions about what happened to my balance were never properly answered.

During the dispute, I also found customer service to be dismissive, and at one point my account was blocked, making it difficult to continue communicating about the issue. I was later able to regain access, but the experience added to my frustration.

I have kept screenshots of my conversations and records of my requests. Based on my personal experience, I was left feeling that my concerns were not properly investigated or resolved.

I hope the company reviews this matter, provides greater transparency, and improves the way it handles customer disputes.
