It arrived totally not as described. They said it was cotton, but it is not. They said the items can be machine washed, but the label says hand wash. They claim that there are multiple layers in the gusset to prevent leaks and odours, but you can tell there is only 2 layers. The outer layer and the inner layer. I stupidly decided to not judge a book by it's cover and try out a pair. Other leak proof underwear pulls the moisture in and so you are not left feeling wet, but these do not do this. They remain wet. I've looked at the returns policy and to me it looks like it will be very difficult to get my money back, because it's saying you can not return this kind of item. I understand if I had just changed my mind or ordered the wrong size, but these aren't as described or fit for purpose.
