I was running campaigns but mostly guessing at stuff like keywords, CTR, and quality score without knowing what actually mattered. He explained the fundamentals in a way that finally clicked for me and cleaned up a lot inside the account. After a few weeks our CTR went up a lot, quality scores improved, and the ads started bringing in way better leads instead of random traffic. Before this I was spending money on ads and just hoping things were set up right. Josiah walked me through the details without making it overly technical, which I appreciated because most people in this space just talk in circles. Once the campaigns were reworked, CTR improved pretty fast and we stopped wasting as much spend on bad clicks.
