Shortly after purchase, the scooter developed a major technical fault: Error E06 flashes on the screen and the motor cuts out every 300–600 meters. The product is unusable and unsafe. I contacted their support, and after one initial response asking me to "check the wires," they have completely ignored my last 3 emails. I have provided all the information they requested, but they have gone silent to avoid their warranty obligations. In the EU, we have a 2-year legal guarantee, but this shop does not honor it. If you are looking for a reliable scooter with actual after-sales support, STAY AWAY from JoyorPrime. I purchased a steering damper kit that should have come complete, but unfortunately, they only sent part of the kit, which makes it completely useless and serves no purpose. I also noticed that the inner packaging that protects the kit was no longer new, giving the impression that it had already been used, which was probably the case, and they sent a reused package with the missing parts.
