I tried to cancel as the hair was delayed until after Christmas. The hair tangles, sheds, colour runs and stains clothing. Nothing like the picture. It goes dry easily and increases in volume (unfortunately no option to add photos). Don't waste your money. Junoda refused to take responsibility! I have stopped ordering from them as a result. I dropped a review with pictures on their website, I guess it wasn't approved. A "Dragon boat festival" was happening and they would be out for some days?! Huh?! I am appalled as to why they are forcing me to keep something that is such a bad quality.
