Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently praise the high quality of the products, noting that the lenses look very natural and feel extremely soft and comfortable during daily wear. Reviewers consistently note the exceptional customer service, describing the support team as professional, responsive, and always ready to assist with any issues. Some people were dissatisfied with the delivery process, mentioning that packages occasionally take much longer than expected to arrive or lack clear tracking updates. However, a small group of reviewers also noted that certain lens colors looked different in person or did not fit their eyes comfortably.

Great customer service. I recently ordered Muse green, very natural for light brown eyes but it would be better if it were light coverage lenses to suit dark brown eyes as well. I was expecting a honey olive greenish colour for daily wear.
Hi dear! Thank you for your lovely compliment on our service and your detailed feedback about Muse Green 💖 We really appreciate your suggestion. We will take your advice into consideration for our future new lens designs. Hope to welcome you back again soon! Have a nice day ✨
They look fake, and they are too big my pupils were showing under their je lenses in a way that lets them look fake.

I’ve ordered from this site for the third time now and I’ve always been very satisfied with the lenses. They have a great selection, so there really is something for everyone. I especially love the natural-looking lenses, especially Asa Green. The lenses are also very comfortable to wear. Customer service is absolutely top-notch. On my last order, I accidentally ordered the wrong prescription (my optician’s mistake), but the customer service team was incredibly kind and replaced them with the correct prescription for free, which I really appreciate since it was technically my mistake. Overall, I can highly recommend this shop!

"I am very happy with my purchase from Just4kira. Although there was a small delay with the local delivery company in Spain, Just4kira's customer service team was always attentive to my questions and messages, responding quickly and helping me track down the package. The contact lenses arrived in perfect condition, they are very comfortable, and the packaging is great. It's clear they care about their customers even after the order is shipped. I will definitely buy from them again. Thank you so much for your help and patience!"

The contacts colour is fantastic, I would like the outer rim to have a black circle it's half of what makes it look fake if you stare too long, but it does genuinely look real even up close that's just a small tweek from my personal perspective. Order was easy and updates were great, the delivery wasn't the best, they delivered at my local post office even though I gave my address, I understand there are restrictions but that place is really dangerous not to mention it's a miracle it wasn't stolen, I would strongly suggest looking at the geographical locations before delivering or even completing purchase not to mention they made me pay to get my own product that was in their possession, although it said delivery/shipping was free, kind of contradicting that claim. The contact lense container could use a quality update, I have had contacts since I was 16 and I know a bad one when I see it. This container is too deep and does not have an air tight twist allowing dust and air to come in, the only thing saving it is the holder, the tweezers don't have silicon tips which means it can easily tear the lens, and the adapter does nothing other than help me get out the lens of the deep curve of the container, needs a serious update still happy with the fact that it was thought through that you are gonna need a container for the lenses. In retrospective great product and great concept but little details matter, its what defferentiates a good product/service to great one. Quality is wonderful, site is helpful. Thank you
