I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and never received them. I was notified they'd been delivered but they weren't in the mailbox, nor my doorstep. I contacted the company multiple times and was given the run around. They told me to contact the carrier because it was out of their hands since it was delivered. The problem is, IT WASN'T!! No offer of a refund or another order. Nothing. I'll never make the mistake of buying anything from them again. ### ★★★★★ Good experience, - Chan · 2026-08-18 Good experience, Thank you I’ll shop again ### ★☆☆☆☆ Glasses do not do anything for my… - Charlie · 2026-08-17 Glasses do not do anything for my vision...actually makes it extremely more difficult to see anything.... ### ★☆☆☆☆ Juvenileon is a scam - Megan Petty · 2026-08-07 Juvenileon is a scam. I still have not received my order (placed in June). I reached out when their "system" said it had been delivered in July. They gave me fake tracking numbers & Adiya to check with the post office. I told them the numbers didn't exist in the usps system. They told me to look in the bushes, near my door, and to ask my neighbors. Their "system" said it had been delivered "at/in mailbox". I have a cluster mailbox. They gave a different fake tracking number & said to get with the post office. I told them it wasn't delivered, my neighbors don't have it, the tracking numbers don't exist in the usps system, and I asked for a refund. They claimed the previous numbers given were a system error, directed me to their website to use the new numbers, and said it was delivered. It wasn't. ### ★★★☆☆ Delivery was very slow and the product… - Andrea Johannsen · 2026-08-05 Delivery was very slow and the product does not work like the advertising. My daughter bought a cheap version from a discount shop that actually works better. I have 2 Ragdoll cats long hair and 1 Maine Coon very long coat. So was hoping this would be a good tool to use but not as good as the ad sadly. Another waste of money. Took approx 5.6 weeks from order to arrive. ### ★★★★☆ Nice item for dematting the cat fur but… - Garry Gillett · 2026-08-02 Nice item for dematting the cat fur but just got hung up on the big ones. Need to improve the technique. ### ★★★☆☆ The items not as good as they made it… - Debora Haven · 2026-07-31 The items not as good as they made it sound online ### ★★★☆☆ The glasses are not the right focus for… - trish palmer · 2026-07-28 The glasses are not the right focus for me. Need to be stronger for my far vision. And glare at night. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I never received my order - Cathy Harman · 2026-07-27 I never received my order. Said it was delivered but was not in my box. Not very happy I spent that kind of money and didn’t receive it. It should have been delivered to my residence not my mailbox. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Juvenileon is another bad company - Wanda Wilson · 2026-07-24 Juvenileon is another bad company. I still have not received my merchandise gave me 2 phony tracking numbers. Then they blamed it on the post office and told me to look in the bushes, when it fact the cameras on my house proved that there was no delivery on that day and they did not refund my money. Please be aware that this is bad business, reported them to Consumer Affairs on our Government website and the FBI, this has to stop! ### ★★★☆☆ Ship time is too long - Julie A Strzempko · 2026-07-21 Ship time is too long. Product is excellent and I highly recommend it. ### ★★★★★ Grooming tool - Oliver Olano · 2026-07-15 Easy of ordering and instructional info on use… when grooming ### ★★★★☆ Love the product - Pam Sachs · 2026-07-15 Love the product. When I order a product I expect delivery in a timely manner. ### ★★★★★ Not only does it work on short-haired… - Deanna · 2026-07-14 Not only does it work on short-haired cats but it also works on Himalayan cats they actually love it ### ★★★★★ Although it was slow coming I… - Celia Rocheleau · 2026-07-14 Although it was slow coming I appreciate that you always stayed in touch with me to let me know where in shipping it was . I used it on my girl as soon as I received it and it's Awesome she has very thick and long hair that nots up very bad and weighs about 50 lbs. This was the easiest brush I have ever used and it wasn't painful for her Thank You for making it less like work. I'm telling all my friends. Also I was impressed with how well made it is . I'm trying it on my horse next . Thanks again for such a well made product ### ★★★★☆ Pet grooming - Debra Barritt · 2026-07-10 It seems it will work fine although I've since seen them a lot cheaper 😜 and it took a bit to get here ### ★★★★★ Works well - stoicovy · 2026-07-10 Works well. My dog does not wince at it as she does with the fulminator. It holds true to the way it was advertised. ### ★★★★★ Good experience - Mitchell Hill · 2026-07-07 Good experience ### ★★★☆☆ Great product, better off getting at Amazon. - Island · 2026-07-07 After ordering then someone tried using my card for them Soo I can never purchase from them ever again, I don't know if it was someone from there company but the purchase was through that company the fraud purchase, the product thankfully got here safe and does work on the dog I purchased it for --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/juvenileon.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/juvenileon.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
