Even though I understand that the dress came from a different continent, it is pretty horrible that they got my order wrong, and the quality is horrifying, my zip was broken before I even tried it on. I know you get mixed reviews of "oh the quality is good oh the quality is ok", I'm not kidding, it's actually s**t ### ★☆☆☆☆ Clothing quality is absolutely… - Elena Smentkowski · 2021-12-11 · 已验证 Clothing quality is absolutely horrible, items do not arrive as they appear online and advertising is entirely deceptive. I’ve gotten nicer clothing for 3 dollars from WISH, or while sifting through the clearance rack at TJ Maxx. I ordered the black belle dress and it looks and feels like a black plastic trash bag. This shop is truly a joke and a scam. ### ★★★★★ Reliable and Cute! - Paige Anderson · 2021-11-26 · 已验证 As far as I’ve experienced, this site offers gorgeous clothes for really good prices! The shipping came on time, (about 2-3 weeks) and the dress I ordered came just as pictured, other than having to iron it a little. (the dress is made of satin though, not the easiest material to ship.) I’m definitely planning on ordering from here again in the future :) > 商家回复 (2021-11-26): Hi Paige! Thank you so much for your 5 stars. We're really appreciate it 💖 Currently we're having black friday sale. kindly use BFCM during checkout for 30% off 💖 ### ★☆☆☆☆ Awful - Faustine · 2021-10-28 · 已验证 Quality is terrible and the shape is awful. Way too overpriced. I can’t wear it cause there’s on side of the dress which is super long and the other is so short. Just terrible. Nothing looks like the photo. Don’t buy it ### ★☆☆☆☆ Still missing a item out of my order. - Brenda S · 2021-08-31 · 已验证 Still missing a item out of my order. its been almost 3 months since the day i order and im still missing a piece. decided to return the other 2 because the fit was supper off really disappointed :c ### ★★☆☆☆ communication - Katerina Cenkova · 2021-08-25 · 已验证 The dress was nice but the communication with the shop was awful i didn’t even receive email about shipping i just got one email as a confirmation of payment. For the whole time i wasn’t sure if the dress was gonna come and then i just got notification from the post office about the package, no email from the shop again. > 商家回复 (2021-08-25): Hi Katerina! Thank you for shopping with us. We are sorry that you didn't receive any shipping confirmation from us as there was an error in the automatic email setting that time. We are glad that you like the dress! ### ★★★★★ Beautiful - Kirra · 2021-08-25 · 已验证 My dress was even better than the picture. I felt so pretty and was very excited! Good service with easy tracking :) > 商家回复 (2021-08-25): Hi Kirra! Glad that you like the dress :) Please do tag us in our instagram @shopatkakkoi if you share your photo wearing the dress 💕 ### ★☆☆☆☆ From the parcel to the trash bin - Georgina · 2021-07-19 · 已验证 My parcel took two months and a half to arrive. The quality of the product was poor, unwearable, not realistic to the size I chose (which was an M), did not look like the product's image, the measurement table is wrong, the material is frail and some pieces were ripping. I am going to throw the product away because it cannot be worn. > 商家回复 (2021-08-29): Hi Georgina! Really sorry for the unpleasant experience. We have processed your refunds 💕 --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/kakkoishop.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/kakkoishop.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
