They keep changing name every now and then because they’re not trustworthy. I've ordered 2 tshirts 6 weeks ago and I've still not received them. Please do not use this company. I've asked for a refund and they are ignoring me. KIT WONT BE WHAT YOU ORDERED! - Jon · 2025-06-13 Had a similar issue to others, ordered a club shirt & received an England kit, raised query via PayPal & they leave it right to the end for a partial refund offer that of you don’t act quick, pay-pal close the case, so be careful. Still have no refund & no return or actual kit! PLEASE AVOID!!! Also known as Runtao trade, xwooter.I have raised query to British standards. ### ★☆☆☆☆ VERY BAD! - NICOLA LEACH · 2025-06-08 VERY BAD!! SCAM!! Do your research. Received a shirt but not good news!! 1. Shirt received was not the one ordered?? 2. Shirt received was not an ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER SHIRT but instead a poor quality knock off probably from Thailand?? Be Very careful using this supplier. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I don't want to give one star - Bryn Masterman · 2025-05-30 I don't want to give one star. An absolute rip off. Ordered a shirt for my wife. No shirt to start with. Sent emails repeatedly. Eventually, a shirt arrived. Not the shirt I had ordered. An England away shirt. Tried emailing the email address. Won't accept my email. What a complete rip off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT'S A RIP OFF 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ### ★☆☆☆☆ Not received my item despite numerous… - Karen Evans · 2025-05-27 Not received my item despite numerous emails promising dispatch. This company should be banned from advertising and trading. They are technically stealing off unsuspecting customers with false advertising claims if dispatch and delivery times. Wouldn't even give 1 star ### ★★★★☆ Great value - Scott · 2025-05-27 So the item took two weeks to come but because the reviews all said it was a scam we brought direct from coventry shop the kits look identical but a big saving from karajersey to be fair they were spot on ### ★☆☆☆☆ Disappeared - Pam T · 2025-05-26 Should have read trustpilot creviews first. Took ages to send the wrong item. Now emails and website have disappeared ### ★☆☆☆☆ Total shameles waiting four weeks still… - lisburn ages FC kilpatrick · 2025-05-26 Total shameles waiting four weeks still no order and no refund this a site to stay well away they do not answer last 4 emails scam scam scam ### ★☆☆☆☆ COMPLETE SCAM! - RHEA BIGGS · 2025-05-25 COMPLETE SCAM!! Bought a shirt from here and not only did the wrong one show up after 2 weeks but the logo was totally wonky. Tried to get a refund or the correct shirt sent out and was just told to reorder with a 10% discount code. ### ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT USE... IT'S A SCAM - Van M · 2025-05-23 I placed two orders (I should have read the reviews before doing so). I had minor, pointless communication about the first order and no communication after the order confirmation for the second. First order - I paid £23.99 for a football shirt, but I was sent a Ladies England top instead! THE CORRECT ORDER HAS NEVER ARRIVED AND PROBABLY NEVER WILL. I've just sent an email asking where my second order is and the email was undeliverable, saying the domain doesn't exist. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE ANY COMMUNICATION ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CASH and now it seems they've vanished causing a lot of distress to many people. DO NOT USE THE SITE. ### ★☆☆☆☆ SCAM...DO NOT USE - Leigh · 2025-05-07 My phone blocked the payment and said expected fraud. I checked my bank and the payment had thankfully been declined. I should have checked the reviews first ### ★☆☆☆☆ No communication after purchase - Michael · 2025-05-02 No communication after purchase, paid £24 for a soccer shirt. IT'S NEVER ARRIVED. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY TOTALLY IGNORE ANY COMMUNICATION ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY ### ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT USE - Emma Maidment · 2025-04-11 DO NOT USE Absolute scam. They take your money and emails with tracking links do not work. Then they say your payment hasn't gone through and they're cancelling your order. DO NOT USE! ### ★☆☆☆☆ BUYERS BEWARE - Andy · 2025-01-12 BUYERS BEWARE This Website was set up in December 2024 by regular scammer. Sets up website to sell replica football shirts & after collecting orders & payments will disappear then set up new website to continue the scam.
