I did a lot of research before renovating my kitchen, and this cooktop consistently came up as one of the best options. I decided to give it a try, and I’ve been very impressed. It heats quickly, cooks evenly, and in my experience performs even better than gas.  
I liked it so much that I purchased a second one for the new home I’m building in Guatemala. The price is also very competitive compared with similar cooktops. Excellent performance and great value for the money!

I ordered 10 induction hobs from them, 3-5 day delivery. It's been 2 weeks and still the site says unfulfilled. Having sent them a message to ask where the order is, they say 48 hrs to respond, that was about 7 days ago. I must say, I've NEVER had such an appalling experience with a company. Thankfully I used paypay to purchase so I'll be getting a refund. Wouldn't surprise me if this is a scam website.

Do not order from this company whatever you do, they don’t deliver the item, despite promising numerous times, and despite promising to refund me they have kept my money, I am having to do a charge back through my bank, I do not recommend this company unless you’re prepared to lose money

It's hard to get a response from them. They are capable of fulfilling their obligations to their customers.  I have received a broken hub from them and find it difficult to communicate with them.
I will nor recommend them.

I have tried to contact them about the fact that they have not processed my order, despite having waited more that the designated 48 hours (and more). They have ignored all 7 of my attempts by all means possible. email, live chat, facebook, et al..
