The tubes ripped easily as it was used and it shows how it was used. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I honestly didn’t expect the guide to… - Jackson Cole · 2025-08-27 I honestly didn’t expect the guide to be this drawn out—it felt overly detailed without adding much real value. Instead of being clear and easy to follow, parts of it came across as confusing and unnecessarily complicated. Overall, it left me disappointed rather than impressed. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I’m honestly not happy with the 3-in-1… - Logan Pierce · 2025-08-27 I’m honestly not happy with the 3-in-1 jewelry engraver—it didn’t help me at all. Instead of making the process faster, it felt clunky and slowed me down. Finishing my pieces became more frustrating than efficient, leaving me disappointed with the purchase. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I've ordered multiple times already - Jaxon-Ryder · 2025-08-02 I've ordered multiple times already, constant issues, slow shipping, high cost, limited selection of products! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely slow replies and delayed… - Elodie Renders · 2025-08-02 Extremely slow replies and delayed shipment! Items were not as described! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Didn’t anticipate the manual to be so… - Savannah Jade · 2025-08-01 Didn’t anticipate the manual to be so thorough—very clear and simple to understand. Huge approval from my side! ### ★★★★☆ I was happy to get the right part… - Peter Morin · 2025-07-27 · 已验证 I was happy to get the right part however it took a month to get here ### ★☆☆☆☆ Beware ! haven’t received a single response - Sonu Chauhan · 2025-07-26 Beware ! I ordered a Kaya Cast machine from Katway, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The delivery date was showing as July 22, but I still haven’t received my order. I have sent three emails to their support team and haven’t received a single response. This complete lack of communication makes me question if I’ve been scammed. Based on my experience, Katway does not seem like a reliable company, and I would strongly caution others before placing an order with them. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Unbeatable price - Alex Harris · 2025-07-06 Unbeatable price, exceptional product. I couldn't believe I found a microscope of this caliber at such a budget-friendly price! I’m genuinely delighted. ### ★☆☆☆☆ This is just a junk knock off company - Marius · 2025-02-20 This is just a knock off company. I would recommend to stay far away from buying anything from there. Some time ago this company was using my photos pretending it was engraved with their equipment. It was defiantly not, and they had no rights to use my photos. After reporting their Fb site it was taken down as they used other artists photos as well without permission. They got a new page up, and new photos were stolen and used without permission and Fb page removed again.. yet again they have a page up, and I know the artist they are stealing photos form, pretending it is made with their tools, but it is not. Their tools are not capable of making such quality. I have tried one of their engraving tools from a student, and honestly it was powerless junk. Not because they stole my photos, but because it really was junk. I know others that have bought and tried to get their money back from tools not working, but customer review refuse to reply. I would strongly advice to stay away from this company. It is all useless knockoff tools. They have nothing to do in the engraving or jewelry business. They are interested in your wallet only. I can 100% stand for this even if they have previously threatened to sue me after I told them what I think about them when they asked if I wanted to be an ambassador representing their tools. I have screenshots of all their messages. Obviously they do not know even who they steal artwork photos from.. Stay away! ### ★★★★★ Very impressive! - Susan Cox · 2025-01-29 · 已验证 Very impressive! My item got here on the day it was scheduled to arrive. It was a long wait, but it came from a long distance to get here. It was very much worth the wait! We got a nice little eye glass. It was a gift for my son and he loves it! Thank you! ### ★★★★★ Excellent experience - Malcolm Johnson · 2024-12-31 · 已验证 Excellent experience. I bought a well-functioning microscope, for me, the price-performance ratio is very high. The delivery was fast and the assembly was easy. It works perfectly! ### ★★★★★ A shop worth recommending - Alyssa Hayes · 2024-12-29 · 已验证 A shop worth recommending! The product is well made, the order was processed quickly, and the customer service is great! ### ★★★★★ That is an awesome piece - Emmett Kim · 2024-12-26 · 已验证 That is an awesome piece, you will not regret this purchase. Great job, man! If you want a disc cutter with a clean cut, you can't go wrong with this. I was so surprised when I received it and it worked for me to make the ring I wanted, it is an awesome piece! ### ★★★★★ Great product - Ethan Blake · 2024-12-19 · 已验证 Great product, great delivery. I have bought several products and each product is exactly as described on the page. I am very satisfied and will continue to buy. ### ★★★★★ Completely meets expectations and is… - Roman Ezra · 2024-12-17 · 已验证 Completely meets expectations and is superior to similar products. I ordered a Ring Stretcher and Ball Vise, great quality, fast delivery, impeccable. ### ★☆☆☆☆ The air engraver I bought runs rough… - Matthew · 2024-10-23 The air engraver I bought runs rough with no power. It uses way too much air and takes a lot of air just to idle. The nosepiece has become really loose. Definitely not worth the $700.00. I’ve reached out a couple of times but haven’t gotten any response. ### ★★★★★ fast delivery good product thank you - Den · 2024-09-09 · 已验证 ### ★★★★★ HH-R01 and HH-AT01 - G K · 2024-07-01 I've been using the HH-R01 engraver for many years. As a electric graver, it requires some adjustment to get used to, but I've managed to handle every type of work with it, from engraving to stone setting. Its only weakness is bezel setting when you need to move more metal. To address this, I recently purchased the HH-AT01, which I believe is the BEST and most powerful pneumatic graver on the market (also own a GRS GraverSmith, but I no longer use it) . I am very pleased with these machines. In conclusion, to successfully perform all kinds of jewelry work, both the HH-R01 and HH-AT01 are essential. > 商家回复 (2024-07-02): Hi GK， Thank you for your review.
