- Scott Freeman · 2026-04-30

Jason Evercrest

(2026-05-13): Thank you so much for the honest feedback.
We completely understand your initial concerns, and we’re glad we were able to align on an approach that better reflected the work and foundation you had already built over the past 15 months. Your input was valuable, and having that open communication helped us adjust things in the right direction quickly.
It’s also great to hear that the communication and coordination throughout the process have made a positive difference. We believe collaboration and transparency are key to achieving the best results, and we’re excited to keep building on the momentum we’ve created together.
Thank you again for your trust and recommendation, it genuinely means a lot to the entire team.

- Christopher Lally · 2025-11-16

(2025-12-23): Hi Christopher,

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that Ray and Erica have been playing their part in moving your project forward and that you’ve found their support valuable.

We remain fully committed to supporting you over the coming months and ensuring a smooth, clear, and successful collaboration. Thank you for your trust. We look forward to continuing the journey together.

Best regards,
