We'd like to take a closer look and get this resolved for you. Please email us at support@keepertax.com from the same email address you used to sign up for your Keeper account. Freelance taxes can be tough to navigate, so we’re really glad Keeper helped you keep more of your hard-earned money this year! Thanks so much for sharing your experience! (2026-04-26): We’re so glad you had a smooth experience—and great to hear your call with Sabrina was helpful! Having that extra guidance can make a big difference. Thanks for trusting us with your taxes this year. (2026-04-26): It means a lot that you chose to come back after exploring other options. We focus on making things clear and supportive every step of the way, so it’s great to hear that stood out to you. Appreciate you sticking with us! (2026-04-26): We’re really glad the process felt more manageable for you. Having support available when you need it is something we put a lot of focus on, so it’s great to hear that came through. Thanks for the recommendation! (2026-04-26): We take concerns like this seriously. Keeper offers a 14-day free trial, and after that, a subscription is required to continue using the service. In some cases, charges may also occur when a return is prepared and filed, since filing is included as part of the paid plan. We do respond to all emails, but during peak tax season response times can be longer than usual. If you haven’t heard back yet, please reach out to us at support@keepertax.com so we can look into this directly and make it right. (2026-04-26): Helping you stay organized throughout the year is a big part of what we aim for, so it’s awesome to hear that’s been valuable for you.
