Hi Milan, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, especially the delay in receiving a response from our support team. The account should not have stopped working after only three months, and this is exactly the type of situation our replacement guarantee is intended to cover. We also apologize that your email was not answered within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact us again at **[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])** with your order number and mention this Trustpilot review. We will check your order as a priority and provide a replacement solution in accordance with our guarantee. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would like the opportunity to resolve this properly for you. Best regards, KEYS FORUS Support Team

Hello, We’re sorry to hear about the activation issue you experienced. Error 0xC004C020 indicates that the activation limit for the supplied key has been reached. This is not the experience we want our customers to have, and in such cases our support team can provide a replacement key or arrange a refund where appropriate. Regarding the download, we understand your concern. You are not required to use any unofficial activator, bypass tool, or modified version of Office. We support activation using Microsoft Office and the official Microsoft activation process. Please reply to your order email with your order number and a screenshot of the activation error so our team can verify the issue and provide you with a working replacement key or assist with a refund. We apologize for the inconvenience and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this properly for you. Best regards, Keys4US Support
