(2026-08-09): We’re really sorry to hear this, finding out a pair “failed” authenticity after all this time is incredibly frustrating.

A lot of verification apps and online checks these days are inaccurate, so a fail there doesn’t always mean a pair is fake. If you’re able to email support@kicksonfire.com with your order number (or approx. purchase date, style, and size) and which service flagged it, we’ll look into it and help you sort out next steps.

Again, we’re sorry for the stress this caused.

- Rhys Sinnott · 2026-05-03

- Sarah O'Leary · 2026-04-18

- Teimauri Peter · 2026-04-07

- Anthony Locust · 2025-12-04

- Scott Hoon · 2025-03-14

- Jack Moeller · 2025-03-05

- Anderson Broussard III · 2024-10-22

他们说叫Kicks on fire。

- Owura Kofi · 2024-09-12

(2024-09-27): The tracking number usually takes a 24-48 hours to update in the postal office system. Once USPS scans it, the updates will start showing up on your order details.

- keel david · 2024-07-12

(2024-09-27): Your purchase was flagged by our quality assurance team and we opted to refund you for the order because the box was slightly damaged. However, the 50 cents is just a hold on the payment and should be returned within 2-3 business days.

- Ty Webb Wiggz · 2024-07-11

- Tevin andrews · 2024-05-01

- Kenny Hernandez · 2024-05-01

- Bookey Hill · 2024-05-01

- Jared Smith · 2024-05-01

- Howard Bowyer · 2024-05-01
