The store front says patricross but it is really a company from China that is a total scam.! They advertise products made in the USA but they are not. The Caps they sell say that they are embroidered and made in America but they aren't. They do not look at all like the photos and are iron on embroidered look. They look cheap and are not worth the money. If you try to get a refund they want you to send them back to China which costs more than the items are worth with no guarantee that you will get your money back. Do not buy anything from them. Big time scammer! ### ★☆☆☆☆ I ordered a “Retired Teacher’s” magnet… - Kelley Hoolihan · 2026-07-16 I ordered a “Retired Teacher’s” magnet for my truck. The company looks “legitimate” then as so many times before, it ends up being a front for a Chinese company, VYANG. It’s a good thing I used PayPal as they will try to resolve this. I wish Facebook and other companies would filter out fake and overseas companies so the consumer knows where the company is based. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Very untrustworthy co - Tom R · 2026-06-16 Very untrustworthy co. Product I received was not what they advertised. Very poor quality. They lied about country of origin was supposed to be USA. IT CAME FROM CHINA. I paid for 3 day shipping and it took 31 days. For a refund they wanted me to pay for shipping to China and all import taxes. Think VERY carefully before you purchase any thing from this company ### ★☆☆☆☆ They were going to refund 20 percent… - Gene Atteberry · 2026-02-18 They were going to refund 20 percent never got it. Run it’s a scam ### ★☆☆☆☆ Agree with everyone - guilly nz · 2026-02-09 Agree with everyone. Scam!! Crap product that looks nothing like what they advertise. Cheap paper stuck to metal also sent the wrong coins and wouldn't do anything about sending the right ones. Just tried to offer a discount on next order. Fool me once scammer but not twice. AVOID THIS SCAM!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ advertised as a coin - Troy Dando · 2026-02-08 advertised as a coin, nice photos looked the real deal but what turned up was a cheap piece of metal with a cut out photo of what was meant to be on there. Absolute rubbish and junk. When asked for a refund they said 10% 3 days later said 50% thats it as i have to pay postage back. I got SHOP to refund. ### ★☆☆☆☆ You lied to me these are not embroidered - Dennis · 2026-02-08 You lied to me these are not embroidered. My number is 330-573-7431. Theyu are just a piece of paper glued to a coin by the look of it. No engraving or depth whatsoever, washed out print. Steer clear of anything as it probably will not match the advertised product ### ★☆☆☆☆ This is a total scam - Mark Katko · 2025-12-19 This is a total scam. They advertise one thing and then send a completely different crap product. I can't believe social media sites allow this company to operate! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Worst scam ever and please don’t anyone… - steve coupens · 2025-11-07 Worst scam ever and please don’t anyone ever order from them. Stay away!! Update! Finally received my hat order 2 months later. ### ★☆☆☆☆ CHEAP, POOR QUALITY - Dan Hardesty · 2025-10-21 THE HAT IS VERY CHEAP. MADE OVERSEAS. WAY TO SMALL FOR AN ADULT. I GAVE IT TO MY 7YO. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF !!!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ This company is Horrible and… - John Read · 2025-10-13 This company is Horrible and untrustworthy and filling my questions with lies. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Horrible company - Travis Gaynor · 2025-10-07 Horrible company. I placed an order a month ago, still hasn’t shipped and won’t refund me. Look elsewhere ### ★☆☆☆☆ I ordered a hat with this company - Consumer · 2025-09-24 I ordered a hat with this company, took a month to get. They sent this cheap version of the hat. I ordered a black cotton hat with American flag, and three white nails on the front. They sent me a blue cheap nylon hat with blue and white nails. I been trying for a week to get a refund and they are stalling. Said we will sent you the right one this time. I ask why I didn’t the right one to begin with. They do not respond. Do you order from this company they will scam you and keep your money. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Do not do business with them - Tim “TGxMajedor” Sparks · 2025-09-23 Paid extra for fast shipping. Took over a week for them to even create the shipping label. When I asked for a refund, they refused and sent a shipping notification instead, but only that a shipping label was created. So the item still has not shipped. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Fake company that gives out fake… - Steve Pearson · 2025-09-23 Fake company that gives out fake tracking info.
