Given that we have had almost exclusively 4 and 5 star reviews, we must be doing something right. As we explained in our response to you when you reported the issue, Visual Changes did not "seal" the cleanser in this particular batch. "Seal", means a plastic wrap around the entire bottle once the cap is applied. We aren't sure why it wasn't, but they have been under pressure to get stock in because this product is in such high demand. Maybe in their haste, they forgot to have it sealed. And apparently, without out the wrap, the cap came loose in transport and leaked. We told you right off, that we would send a replacement, no questions asked. In any case, we honestly felt that it was in both of our best interests that you find somewhere else to purchase your products. And we did so in an entirely professional manner.
