When it comes to the design team, we do our best to match each of our clients with one of our design teams that is best suited to deliver what they need based on their onboarding questionnaire with regards to their needs/preferences. But in this case the specific design team you were matched with wasn't able to deliver in line with the expectations you had for your designs. Though we tried rounds or revisions to ensure we delivered designs in line with your briefs, ultimately we respect that your vision was for something difference. And as mentioned in our previous communication, we hope that the refund that we've issued to you helps to address your concerns and that you're able to find a design service better suited to your needs in the near future.
