Tried to process a return and got the run around. To return the order I would have had to pay the return cost plus the cost to return it to China. Was offered 15% at the time of the order to be used with the next order but then 10% at the time I tried to process the return. Do they think I'm crazy? If not satisfied with the order would I order again. I think not.
