Placed an order on June 6,2024 and have never recieved it yet. should have recieved by now. gave me a tracking number but can't follow it. I think I GOT SCAMMED.

I placed an order in February. I still haven't received it, even thought their tracking tells me that it was delivered. I've e mailed the company multiple times to resolve the issue. I've heard nothing from them. I've been scammed. Don't way your money, no matter how attractive the items look.
they send cheap imatations instead of what you order
I ordered a horse sweater heavy had pockets hoody very nice but I got a paper thin if you want to call it a sweater no pockets l have tried to email them but they keep wanting to give me a discount on something else all I want is what I ordered no way will they send me what I ordered also the phone number to call is not a legite number

Purchased a jumper that on the advert said knitted but received one that was sweat shirt material!! I had previously bought one that also said knitted but same thing I hadn't checked the first one!! Offered 10% discount!! They seem to operate like this as the product comes from China and returns are difficult!! Cheep and cheerful!!Doreen Compton.

Very poor company
I went on f'book kisscici came up on my wall so I brought something for my mum . weeks went by . nothing came through , I emailed them , it took so many emails to get them to respond to me and they send me tracking number . I eventually I can track my order and it on its way.. Part two when or if my item gets to the UK . it must be coming by pigeon ??

I received one of items i ordered, still waiting for dress from 31st January, dont think ill be holding my breath ! Joggers were nothing like i ordered. Never have dealings with this Mickey Mouse company again

I ordered 2 items on February 12th. They gladly took my money but I still have not received my items. The email they give does not exist and the tracking # they give doesn't exist anywhere. A total scam of a company. So angry with this fake company!
Scam!!
After almost a month, I emailed and told them to cancel my order. First they said there would be a 15% fee. I said I would see what my credit card had to say about that. Then they tried to give me a discounted price but said what I ordered was sold out. I said refund please. Then they said their accounts had been frozen so it would take a while and I should just buy something else. Thank goodness for PayPal, they took care of it for me!

The company has gladly taken my money. But, as of yet, have received no product. Will my credit card company reimburse me, if I mention, that, this is obviously a scam site. Why is face book, allowing these scammers on line ? So disappointed
What an absolute scamming coming
What an absolute scamming company. From what I ordered to what I received is like diamond to cow poo. So very disappointed that these companies can still b allowed to rip off people like me. I have been in touch with them n who would guess....no response. DO NOT SHOP WITH KISSCICI THEY ARE THIEVES.

Absolute rubbish. What i ordered looks nothing like the advertised goods. Could of bought a SCREEN PRINTED top at k mart for half the price. Thought I was getting something with studs tassels etc looking very indian. Absolutely disappointed. Lesson learnt will not purchase anything again. Real RIPOFF.!

Well I ordered a sweatshirt 3 weeks ago with fringes, never received it and now I have reported them to the better Business bureau!! I would suggest that anyone that is having problems please report them because it will help us not get hooked into a scam!!
Their clothes are ugly and the return process is worse
I am trying to return the horrible clothes. They don't look anything like the pictures. Its been over a month and they have been putting me off and not complying with their rules of return. I'm afraid, I've been majorly RIPPED OFF by Kisscici!! WARNING TO ALL!!!!
They're very deceiving in what you actually get. Don't order from them. I could buy leather tops in a tackle shop...…
They tell me it was delivered but my order no where to be seen. Who was the carrier who supposedly delivered it. This is really really odd. Sorry my bad. We'll it was delivered to the mailbox that is away from the house. BUT, it is not leather, it just a t-shirt that looks like it has fringes. I'm glad I just ordered one thing because I know now not to order from their website ever again. Very deceiving!!!
