Most notably they were very accommodating to specific design requirements (specifically a large sheet metal bend radius that required a custom die, as well as a series of counterbore holes we required). Communication was great and they consistently flagged potential issues. Fast turn around and lower cost than many alternatives we have found.

Very Easy process to get custom parts made. Short response time to any of my questions. Shipping to Canada was a bit more than expected but has nothing to do with Komacut and I should have checked that before ordering. Will use again in the future when more parts are needed. Excellent lead time for my laser cut, bent, and powder coated  aluminum parts (~2-3 weeks with shipping).
