### ★★★★☆ Good for playwright
- Joseph P. Painter · 2026-09-19

using their rotating pool for a custom bot. only issue was figuring out the geo-targeting syntax at first because I didn't read the docs properly lol. once it was set up it just worked. success rate is way higher than my last provider and the IPs don't constantly burn out mid-task.

### ★★★★★ Support fixed my issue fast
- ROBERT Bruce · 2026-09-18

Messed up my config on a Sunday night and they actually replied in 5 minutes on the chat. proxies are fast too.

### ★★★★★ Got the exact IPs I needed
- stacy · 2026-07-20

Needed specific EU locations for my setup and Kookeey actually delivered. IPs are clean and don't drop every 5 mins. Solid.

To make matters worse, they refuse to issue refunds even though their service doesn't work. Don't waste your money here."

Their IP service stands out with its stability, purity, and low-risk features. Utilizing both dynamic and static IP has greatly boosted my business. Definitely worth the investment!
