### ★☆☆☆☆ No product, no shipping updates, no support
- Martin Schaefer · 2026-02-06

The product was ordered from the US to be delivered to the UK. Shipping by boat was estimated at 14-25 days. I never received a shipping update, they use Shop and no details were provided to Shop. After 35 days the product still has not arrived. Customer support is completely unresponsive, no reply after a week of waiting. Will need to seek a refund through the credit card.

When I was ordering they were very responsive but now- crickets! No product and no one responding. Will contact my financial institution to get my money back
