### ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY - POOR QUALITY

Sophia’s customer service was exceptional: responsive, proactive, quick and reliable. Unfortunately, the quality of the tubes we received was extremely poor.

We sampled products from several suppliers, and the one we expected to be the best turned out to be the worst. The adhesive failed, causing the paper to peel off and the tubes to fall apart. This led to customer complaints and forced us to recall the entire affected batch.

Despite sharing clear photographs of the defects, the company refused to offer a repair or meaningful resolution. Instead, we received defensive responses attempting to justify the problems.

Sophia’s excellent communication could not compensate for the defective product and lack of support when it mattered. Based on our experience, I strongly advise against buying from this company.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Packaging that imparts chemical taste
- Josh · 2021-06-24

I bought their kraft Aluminum laminated inside Brown Stand up zipper pouch bag without window. It had a terrible chemical smell that gave an aftertaste to my products that all of my customers were upset about. I never had this issue with any other manufacturers' packaging. I have a feeling this will be applicable to any of the products they sell.
