Total waste of time and money. All they did was take your picture and stick it between two clear plastic and send it to you from China. They have you thinking its going to be a 3D printed statue completely false. Buyer beware.

Total Scam. They show you a 3d statue and send you a picture attached to a plastic. Doesn’t worth $5.00. IT IS A FRAUD.

I have purchased a wedding anniversary gift online via the website. The product i purchased at USD $48.95 (SGD $65.62) compare to the product that i received was entirely different. The product that was delivered was also damaged. Seller did not want to do a full refund despite within 90 days and suggested partial refund of 40% and subsequently 70%. This website is clearly a scam website that is advertised and sponsored in google, facebook, instagram and tik-tok. I noticed the website stated its company address in London, however when you search in google "krostars", it became Fuzhou, China. There are no contacts availabe except facebook messenger.

I ordered a 3D figure for 37 USD, but received a cardboard sign, that didn't resemble the photo I sent to Krostars at all. Scam and fraud.
