But when the unit turned up it did not work. I reported this to them via Whatapp. They said it will be a loose connection. They said Remove the cover and check the connection.(This will fix the problem) which i thought was odd. Checked the connections and sent a video as requested. I then asked for a refund. The then came back remove the cover again and see if there is anything working. Bare in mind this is a laser product and if it had started working i could have been blinded or damaged my eyes. Again another video was sent to them. They then siad its now the mother board that is at fault. we will send one out ( This will fix the problem) I have asked repeatedly for a refund but they just keep coming up with different thing. So that they don't have to give you your money back. I have started a dispute with PayPal over this. they are very slow to reply to this. And this is why i have gone this route with them. do not buy from them as they are scammers they send out faulty units and the it becomes your issue. It is now 15 April 2026 and I have no details on actual delivery. The emails I have been receiving seem to be fake Australia Post tracking numbers and other couriers from China. I keep getting told my product is getting cleared in customs, but there is no tracking forthcoming like it would normally have when transported into the country. This seems to be a scam. They created a shipping label and then it sat on their end for a week and a half. I emailed them and took another week and a half to get a response. Their response was to provide the order number that I had already included in the email. The laser was shipped the same day I received the email response. Absolutely horrible customer service. They argued the point and said couldn't open the pictures. Passed it on to PayPal who where as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. Was told to download return forms that were in mandarin.
