I would strongly advise customers to be careful when ordering from Kulespin. I purchased a pair of ankle boots that were advertised as being made of genuine leather. The product I received appears to be made of synthetic patent material, and there is no label or documentation confirming that the boots are actually made of leather. I immediately contacted customer service and provided photos of the product. I requested a full refund because the item did not match the description. The response was particularly disappointing. Instead of offering a full refund, Kulespin first offered 20%, then increased the offer to 30%, and finally to 40% — without requiring me to return the product. When I requested a full refund, I was told that I would have to return the boots to China at my own expense. Kulespin also confirmed that they do not provide a prepaid return label. So, in my experience, when the product does not correspond to the description, the customer is effectively faced with a choice between accepting a partial refund or paying for an expensive international return to China. I am very disappointed with both the product and the way my complaint was handled. Customer service was responsive, but the proposed solution did not adequately address the issue. The jacket I received was nothing like the 100% cotton denim trimmed item in the photo. It was cheap synthetic fabric with sleeves that were so narrow I could barely fit into them. Fast and easy returns is a farce. Returning this item to China would have been difficult. The instruction sheet was two pages long. Instead of a 100% refund, they offered 15%…just pennies. Be warned. It was a beautiful flowy top with layers and embroidery. I ordered it for family photos as it was very dressy. When it arrived it was a cheap Tshirt with what looks to be a photo of the top printed in the Tshirt. It was horrible quality and didnt even slightly resemble the photo in their advertisement. I immediately emailed them to begin a return as their advertisement stated "hassle free returns, postage paid within 30 days". They responded after a day but advised I would have to pay shipping and they would need to provide me with the return address (which they didn't) but advised it was very expensive to ship, and then asked if I would accept a 15% refund if I didnt sent the item back. I replied that I wanted a full refund as I felt the advertisement was fraudulent and I shouldn't have to pay for the return. They replied again and said return shipping would be expensive for me (still not providing a return address) and then offered me 25% if I didnt return item. I replied again stating I was not happy with this and required a full refund. They stopped answering me so I contacted PayPal and opened a complaint. PayPal reviewed and refunded my money. The products they send are nothing like the images on their website and their customer service is appalling. I am in an ongoing battle with them as they will not agree to refund my return shipping despite their own policy advising that they would if the product is wrong. I have provided photographs showing the difference between what I ordered and what they sent.
