It's just not right. > 商家回复 (2025-03-13): Hi Bent, We feel truly sorry you are disappointed ! Our company was founded in Singapore and operating from there since the beginning. https://www.kytronik.com/pages/about-us We still hope you will enjoy your order - Please reach out if needed ! We have not received your email from you as, we figured out later, you have misspelled our email address and wrote to sales@kytronic.com while our company address is kytronik.com. Things are now all clear and are happy that you have corrected your rating ! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Never buy from this webshop - S. Singelee · 2023-10-09 · 已验证 I ordered one small thing from 29€. It costed me 29€ plus 10€ shipping plus 17,5€ customs plus 5,6€ tax. Total 54,1€ or almost double. On the website it said that every custom tax is payed what is a lie. When you complain they send you a bung a small letters from the website somewhere in corner where you don’t understand anything of. I feel really ripped of. Never again. > 商家回复 (2023-10-10): Sorry to hear that. Every country has his own tax policy. We encourage customers to check in advance before placing an order. ### ★★★★★ Great Product, Great People! - Warren Triantafelo · 2023-09-14 · 已验证 The Smart Booster makes such a huge difference on my Vespa PX200! Even with the stock cylinder and Polini box exhaust, with the Smart Booster on curve 4, it goes from 0-70 in the blink of an eye. The service is absolutely excellent, they were extremely kind and helpful getting me running perfectly. Great product, great people, highly recommended! ### ★☆☆☆☆ The item does not work.... - Marie Tomlinson · 2023-07-18 · 已验证 The item does not work....
