DO NOT PURCHASE! - Patty Rios · 2026-10-15 my daughter sent me a link to purchase a HOCO dress while I was working and in haste I made the purchase w/o vetting the site. That's on me. As soon as I clicked the purchase button i knew I made a mistake. Within 20 minutes I msg'd the company to cancel my order. It took 20 minutes to do so because I couldn't figure out where my confirmation email was. I purchased from ladypolly.com but received a confirmation email from Thedivatress - a wig company - with no order #, nothing! I also received an email from Seel.com who I guess is a 3rd party shipping company. I received a response back overnight that they can't refund the full amount because they already packed the order and asked for me to confirm once again that I'd like to cancel. I sent numerous cancelation emails and the last email they sent is that it had already shipped (overnight mind you), and that if I don't confirm cancellation, they will not be able to cancel. Needless to say, I called my bank to dispute the $73.60 charge and they will investigate. Total scam. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I never received the item - A A · 2026-03-30 I never received the item. They sent me an email saying it was delivered. The tracking number provided was invalid. This is the latest scam with companies taking your money and never sending the item. They provided PayPal with an invalid tracking number and when disputed, PayPal ruled in favor of the seller because the seller said it was delivered. ### ★☆☆☆☆ The company refuses to refund me for a wrong item they sent - Su C · 2026-03-10 The company sent me the wrong item. Then they stated I could return it. They gave me an incorrect address in Hong Kong as the return address. I paid for the item to be shipped there and it was sent back to me because the address isn't real. I received the wrong dress and when I asked to return/ exchange they said I would have to pay out of pocket for the shipping cost. The shipping cost was over $100 as i was shipping it to their supplier. That was a month ago and I still have yet to receive the promised refund for the dress and the shipping cost. This store claims to have sent the refund twice already but both times there were "issues." The wrong dress was shipped, it was similar as far as color but totally the wrong dress. When I inquired about the error I was told it was an error from the warehouse and the wrong dress was shipped. It was an $80 dress. I was told I could send it back for a full refund but I would have to pay for shipping. I was sent a return label. I went to the post office and it cost $40 to ship it back but was promised they would refund my shipping once the dress was back. I shipped the dress, tracked the dress and no refund. I reached out and was told once they have the dress the would generate the refund. I waited a few more days and they sent me an email that my order will be refunded ans to be patient it could take up to 10 days. I didn’t get it. I reached back out and was told there was an error with the refund but they have corrected it. I still have not received a refund nor the shipping refund. I received the wrong ones , and reached out to them right away . They did not respond to me until days later. They had asked me to send a picture of the wrong item , so I did and it has been days and still no answer. Wth here it is now the 18th and nothing. I just want what I purchased . When it arrived it was not even close to the dress we ordered and when you look on their website there is no way to return the item.
